.
Three 4-person teams play on a 40x70 yard field with 3 goals. Each team defends a goal.  To start, one team is designated the defending team and the other two teams attack the defending team's goal.

Play begins with a distribution throw from an attacking team's goalkeeper. When a turnover occurs, the team responsible for loosing the ball goes on defense.

After a goal, the team that scores becomes defenders and the goalkeeper scored upon distributes the ball. There is no offside rule.

To prevent defenders from packing the area in front of their goal, attackers are awarded a penalty kick for a predetermined number of consecutive passes.
