Develops shooting skills and the goalkeeper's shot-saving ability.
Playing area is 30x30 yards with a central goal. Two teams of 3 or 4 shoot on a neutral keeper. Goals can be scored from either side. After each save or goal, the keeper restarts play with a throw to a corner. Balls played out of the playing area are restarted with a throw-in.
