After taking the Columbus Day weekend off, our Intramural program is back in full swing for the remaining 3 weeks of the fall season. Today looks to be another beautiful sunny fall day for soccer. Scroll down to see some moments from the last few weeks of the intramural season.
ANOTHER SUNNY WEEKEND ON TAP (Sept. 19, 2025)
Two weeks have quickly come and gone and with the official start of fall coming this weekend, we are looking forward to week 3 of the fall soccer season. Our travel and intramural teams have been busy with practices, games, skills sessions and off the field activities. This weekend looks is slated to be a beautiful one for soccer. AND IT BEGINS . . . (Sept. 7, 2025)
September 6, 2025 kicked off the beginning of both the Centennials Intramural soccer season and the Centennial Travel Soccer regular season. With over 1600 kids calling themselves GC Centennials, the fields all over the village were filled with kids enjoying the sport of soccer with their friends and neighbors.

Garden City Centennial Soccer Club
The GC Centennials are the home soccer club for the village of Garden City, NY. With approximately 2000 players across our intramural and travel programs, we are the largest youth soccer club on Long Island. Founded in 1969, the 100th anniversary of the founding of the village of Garden City, the GC Centennials was organized to provide the youth of the community with a positive experience through the sport of soccer. High School Summer Training
2025 HS Summer Training Program
This program is open to all GC resident players in or entering high school (GCHS, Chaminade, Sacred Heart, etc.).
The program will run Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from July 1 through August 21. Cost is $450.
Girls: 8am-10am
Boys: 10am-12pm.

Centennials Spotlight
One way to sum up the fall 2023 season so far - RAIN! From St. Paul's all the way to Connecticut and back, rain reeked havoc on game and training schedules this fall season but also provided for some wet and soggy, but fun times for our players.

At this point it is just copy and paste. October 21 Intramurals are canceled due to field conditions.
Yet another rainout! All Centennial Intramural soccer and all Centennial home travel soccer games are canceled for Sept. 30th due to field conditions.
The Centennials Intramural season has been extended by one week to November 18th.
Fall 2023 Season Starts September 9!

Pre-Season Travel Team Training Camp
Over 325 Centennials travel players took part in the Centennials 2023 Pre-Season travel training camp. Led by Royal Sporting trainers, our players trained for three straight days this week to prep for the East Meadow tournament and the quickly approaching regular season.
